Passed away tragically 20th April 2013
Dearly loved husband of MARGARET, much loved father, father-in-law and grandfather of AMY, SIMON and SLOANE, LIAM, EDEN, FLYNN, DANIEL and KYLIE, BAILEY, SHARLI, also will be sadly missed by the BARNETT and PHILLIPS FAMILIES.
The Relatives and Friends of WAYNE are warmly invited to attend a Celebration of his Life to be held in The Chapel of Lake Macquarie Memorial Park, Ryhope on MONDAY 29/4/2013, Service commencing at 12:15pm.
