Late of Peakhurst South. Born 6th January 1943 – passed away 23rd February 2004.
Cherished wife of David Rodney Ballan. Beloved mother of Rick, Amanda and Justine. Precious sister of Max and Larry Meagher. Adored Nanny of Sarah and Noah. A cherished friend to many.
Aged 61 years

A Requiem Mass for the eternal repose of the soul of the late Jan Ballan will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 825 Forest Road, Peakhurst, this Friday (February 27th 2004) commencing at 1.30pm.
At the conclusion of Mass the cortege will proceed to Woronora Cemetery for interment.
