JOHAN´s Relatives and Friends were invited to attend his Funeral Service held in the Chapel, Lake Macquarie Memorial Park Crematorium, Cessnock Rd, Ryhope on THURSDAY afternoon 18th July 2013 commencing at 1 o´clock.
