Dearly loved husband of DEBBIE (dec`d), loving father of KRISTIAN, KELLY, AARON, MEGAN, MARK and ASHLEY. Much loved son of CLAUDE and BETTY, adored brother of WAYNE, PAUL and LEANNE, fond partner of JOANNE.

CHRIS`s Family invite you to attend the celebration of his life in the Westlakes Baptist Church, 6 Ridge St, Toronto THURSDAY morning (25/11/2004) commencing at 11 o`clock.
At conclusion of this Service, a private cremation will take place.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be left at the Church for Westlakes Baptist Church and Mater Hospital Cancer Research in memory of Chris.
