The relatives and friends of JOHN are invited to attend his funeral service to be held in the Camellia Chapel of Macquarie Park Crematorium, corner of Delhi and Plassey Roads, Macquarie Park, on Thursday (June 21, 2012) commencing at 10.30 a.m.
