Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a Memorial Service celebrating JACK`S life at St John`s Anglican Church, Sturgeon St, Raymond Terrace on SUNDAY, 1st November, 2009 at 9am. (Following completion of roof repairs to St John`s.) The Service will be preceded by a private Family Service.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Rotary Health Research Fund may be posted to Raymond Terrace Rotary, PO Box 103, Raymond Terrace NSW 2324.
