Relatives and friends were warmly invited to TREV’S celebration of life on WEDNESDAY 21.10.2015 at
lake Macquarie Memorial Park, Palmers Road Ryhope commencing at 2pm.
In lieu of flowers donations to The Heart
Foundation were left at the chapel.
