to be held in St. John`s Anglican Church, Westcott St., Cessnock this WEDNESDAY, September 30th 2009, commencing at 2 p.m.
A private cremation will follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Kurri Kurri Day Respite Centre may be left at St. John`s.
