DICK`s FAMILY invite you to attend his Funeral Service to be held at St. Paul`s Anglican Church, Paterson TUESDAY 12th October 2004 at 10.30 am. A private cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers donations to Maitland/Dungog Palliative Care may be left at the church.
