The Family and Friends of TED are warmly invited to share in a Service of Thanksgiving at Wentworthville Uniting Church, at 9.30am on TUESDAY 4th August 2009, followed by a Service of Committal in the North Chapel of Northern Suburbs Crematorium at 12.15pm on the same day.
