The relatives and friends of MALCOLM are warmly invited to attend his funeral service to be held in the Palm Chapel of Macquarie Park Crematorium, corner Delhi and Plassey Roads Macquarie Park, on Wednesday, June 15 2011 commencing at 11.15 a.m.
