Forever in our hearts
Family and friends of Lucy are invited to a service of solace and remembrance to be held in the Palm Chapel at Macquarie Park Crematorium cnr Delhi and Plassey Roads, North Ryde, on Monday, May 2, 2011 at 10.15 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be left at the service for the NSW Cancer Council.
