Late of Magnolia Court Carey Bay formerly of Gateshead & Teralba.

Passed away peacefully at the John Hunter Hospital 28/12/2007.

Dearly loved wife of 72 years to Gordon (passed away May 2007)

Much loved mother & mother-in-law of Allan & Berry Ross, Ken (dec) & Beverly Ross, Doreen & Keith Tickle.

Sister to Doreen Nipperess.

Cherished Nana to her 11 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren & 3 Great Great Grandchildren.

Loved aunty to all her neices & nephews.

Family and friends were invited to celebrate Edna`s life at Lake Macquarie Memorial Park on Wednesday 2/1/2008

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Magnolia Court for their care and friendship shown to Edna and Gordon

Aunty Edna was a lady who spent many a friday night at our place when I was growing up, her and Aunty Doreen would come to play cards & listen to country music. I can remember the laughter, the fun & the chatter around the table as they played.

We lost contact with the family for a while but when we saw Aunty Edna Uncle Gordon & Doreen Keith & Aunty Doreen it was like we`d never lost contact.

I will always treasure the time we had with them recently and fondly remember them as a wonderful couple and family.

Aunty Edna & Uncle Gordon you will be missed.
