The Relatives and Friends of KEITH are warmly invited to attend his Funeral to be held in Belmont Baptist Church, Maude Street, Belmont tomorrow (Thursday) 06/05/2004 Service commencing at 10.30 a.m.
A Private Cremation will follow.
Flowers would be appreciated but a donation to Lingard Hospital cology Unit would be preferred.
