Family and Friends of BRAD are warmly invited to attend his Funeral Service at Lake Macquarie Memorial Park, Palmers Rd, Ryhope on MONDAY 7th December 2009 at 10am.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Heart Foundation may be left at the chapel.
