Passed away tragically on May 8, 2011, aged 14 years.
Much loved son of Leanne and Wayne, loving brother of Shane, loved grandson of Elaine, Alan, Christeen, Jean and Russell. Will be sadly missed by all of his aunties, uncles, cousins and by his many friends.
Forever in our hearts.
Family and friends of JASON are invited to attend his Funeral Service to be held Tuesday (May 17, 2011), at St. Thomas Anglican Church, 43 St. Thomas Road, Mulgoa, commencing at 2 p.m.
