Relatives and friends of JAYDEN are warmly invited to attend his Funeral Service on MONDAY 10/11/2014 at 11am in St Joseph`s Catholic Church, New England Highway, East Maitland.
The Committal Service will be held at 1pm in the North Chapel of Newcastle Crematorium, Beresfield
