Hazel Dawn MONTGOMERY
Passed away peacefully on Monday, May 23, 2011 at Cooma District Hospital, Cooma, formerly of Jerrang Avenue, Cooma.
Aged 85 years.
Dearly loved wife of Jock, mother and mother in-law to Lynne and Ross, Heather and Gary, Ross and Linda, John and Lisa. Adored Nanny to Emma, Greg, Martin, Lauren, Kristyn, Caitlin, Joshua, Hannah, Georgia and Daniel. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Garvan Research Foundation, 384 Victoria Street, Darlinghurst 2010.
The relatives and friends of the late Hazel Dawn Montgomery are invited to attend her funeral service, to be held in St Andrews Uniting Church, Cooma, on Monday, May 30 2011, commencing at 2 p.m. At the conclusion of the service, the cortege will proceed to Cooma Lawn Cemetery.
