Aged 87 years.
Beloved husband of June.
Loved father of Denise and Greg (deceased), and father-in-law of Brian.
Doting grandfather to Daniel and Samantha, and lucky great-grandfather of Annabelle.
Relatives and friends of the late DOUGLAS KEITH MIDDLETON are invited to attend his Funeral Service this Wednesday (February 15, 2012) at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of Lake Macquarie Memorial Park, Palmers Road, Ryhope.
