Died tragically on May 27, 2006 in a car accident whilst on business in Croatia.

Aged 40 years – Aged 4 years.

Much loved husband and daughter to Alison and much loved son, son-in-law, brother, brother-in-law and uncle, granddaughter, niece and cousin to the Lewis and McGuigan families.

Family and friends are invited to attend MATTHEW`S and TEGAN`S funeral, to be held in St. John`s Anglican Cathedral, Ann Street, Brisbane City, on Tuesday (June 13, 2006), commencing at 10 a.m.

Close family and friends are invited to the committal to be held in Toowong Cemetery following the Church Service.
