Late of Parramatta.
Loved son of Peter and Marie, loving brother and brother-in-law of Phillip and Carolyn, Christopher and Jane, Gregory and Annette, Catherine and Tony. Loved uncle of David, Rachel, Christopher, Caitlin, Dannielle, Rebecca and Bridget.
Sadly missed by his family, aunts, uncles, cousins and his many friends.
Aged 46 years.
A Mass of Christian Celebration for the life of JOHN will be held in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1 Canyon Road, Baulkham Hills South, on Friday (September 9, 2011), commencing at 11.30 a.m.
Following Mass a private cremation will take place.
By request no flowers, donations in lieu to the Black Dog Institute.
