Dearly loved wife of JOHN (dec`d), loved mother and mother-in-law of PHILLIP and DENISE, DONNA and GREG, SCOTT and JACKI, much loved Nanna of their FAMILIES. Loving sister and sister-in-law of DARYL (dec`d) and JEAN, JULIE (dec`d), and ROBYN and JOHN.

Family and Friends are invited to attend JAN`s Funeral Service to be held in St Luke`s Anglican Church, Metcalfe St, Wallsend on MONDAY (7/11/2011) commencing at 2.30pm. In lieu of flowers, a donation in JAN`s memory to Alzheimer`s Australia may be made at the Service.
