Relatives and Friends are warmly invited to attend a Celebration of MIKE`s life to be conducted at Lake Macquarie Memorial Park, Palmers Road, Ryhope this FRIDAY 18th September, 2009 commencing 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, donations to Parkinsons NSW may be left at The Chapel.
