Family and friends are kindly invited to attend the Funeral Service to celebrate Melissa`s life which will be held in the South Chapel, Northern Suburbs Crematorium, Delhi Road, North Ryde on Monday March 26th, 2012 commencing at 11 am. Please join the family for refreshments in the Skyline Lounge Function Centre onsite after the service.
To reflect the way Melissa lived her life, please feel free to wear bright, vibrant colours.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Prince of Wales Foundation Neurological Department. Donation envelopes will be available on the day of the service.
