Passed away suddenly January 17, 2011,
late of Avalon. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Julie, the best dad in the
world to Katrina, and loved by his dog Millie.
Aged 57 years
Family and friends are warmly invited to attend KEN`S Funeral Service to be held in the Camellia Chapel at Macquarie Park Crematorium, cnr Plassey and Delhi Roads, Macquarie Park, on Monday (January 24, 2011), at 1.30 p.m.
