Dearly loved son of Val and Garry, brother of Tim. The funeral service will be held at the Chapel of Knox Grammar School, cnr Pacific Highway and Borambil Avenue, Wahroonga, Thursday (May 5, 2005) commencing at 2.30 p.m. No flowers please. Donations may be fordwarded to the Black Dog Institute.
