Dearly loved husband of MARY, much loved and devoted father of JEANETTE and ROBERT.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated in St. Columba`s Catholic Church, Lockyer Street, Adamstown MONDAY morning 24/11/2003 commencing at 10.30 o`clock for the repose of the soul of TREVOR.
At conclusion of the Final Commendation following the Mass a Private
Cremation will follow.

In lieu of floral tributes, donations may be left at the Church towards the Mercy Hospice, Waratah in TREVOR`s Memory.
