Son of the late Lillias and Roy Hughes, brother to Judith.

Family, friends and colleagues are invited to attend the funeral service for JOHN in the North Chapel of the Northern Suburbs Crematorium, Delhi Road, North Ryde, on Monday (November 23, 2009) commencing at 2.15 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Fred Hollows Foundation.
