Loving husband of Carole, wonderful father to Gillian, Nicholas and Erin.
Beloved younger brother to Peggy and Eric (deceased). Father-in-law, uncle, grandfather and best friend to all who knew him.

Aged 91 years.

Relatives and friends of DAVID are warmly invited to attend his funeral on Thursday (March 8, 2012), to be held in the Magnolia Chapel of the Macquarie Park Crematorium and Cemetery, corner of Delhi and Plassey Roads, Macquarie Park (North Ryde). Service appointed to commence at 10am.

In lieu of flowers donations to either the Kokoda Track Memorial Walkway or Alzheimers Association would be appreciated (envelopes available at the service).
