Passed away peacefully on May 7, 2011.
Much loved wife of Phillip (deceased) adored mother and mother in law of Barry and Patricia, cherished grand- mother of Catherine and Michelle, a proud great grandmother of six.

Family and friends of Thelma are warmly invited to attend her funeral service to take place in the Camellia Chapel of the Macquarie Park Crematorium, Cnr of Delhi & Plassey Roads, North Ryde on Monday May 16, 2011 at 1.30pm.
