Passed away peacefully, after a long illness, 18th September 2004, at Lions Haven, after 5(1/2) years of devoted care, aged 86 years.
Dearly beloved husband and best friend of Helen, and devoted father and father-in-law of Mandy and Paul, Tina and Steve, loved brother of Peg, Mabel, Fred, Louise, Isabelle (all deceased), and Stanley, special brother-in-law of Lindy and loved son-in-law of Lorna.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend Lewiss funeral service to be held at the Heritage Brothers Funeral Chapel, 43 West Burleigh Road, Burleigh Heads Tuesday 21st September 2004, at 2pm.
