Passed away peacefully 17th September 2004. Resided at St James Park, Helensvale, formerly of 50 Palm Beach Avenue, Palm Beach.
Devoted wife of Len, loved mother, mother-in-law, Nanna and great-grandmother of Don and Lyn and family, Jill and Peter and family, beloved sister of Lillian.
Relatives and friends are warmly invited to attend Donnas funeral service which is to be held at the Firth Memorial Chapel, 18 Tonga Place, Parkwood, Monday 20th September 2004 commencing at 1pm.
