Beloved wife of JACK FLYNN (dec`d). Loving mother and mother-in-law of DAVID, DIANNE and JOHN (dec`d), PHILLIP and PATRICIA, KEVIN and THERESE, JEANETTE and DEEDS. Cherished grandmother and great grandmother to their FAMILIES. A loved member of the McCLINTOCK and FLYNN FAMILIES.

Relatives and Friends of HAZEL are warmly invited to attend her Funeral Service in St. Joseph`s Catholic Church, Cumberland Street, Cessnock this SATURDAY, January 29th 2011 commencing at 10.30am. A private cremation will follow.
