Dearly loved wife of Geoffrey. Will be very sadly missed by Phillip and Jacqui and their family.
Aged 82 years
Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service for PATRICIA to be held in its entirety at Corpus Christi Cathedral, Mona Vale Road, St. Ives, on Tuesday (July 24, 2012) commencing at 10.30 a.m.
Private cremation will follow the service.
In lieu of flowers donations to Parkinsons NSW would be appreciated.
