December 21, 2004. Died peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family. Devoted
husband of Amy and loving Daddy of Tylahr and Jaeden. Loved and loving son of Eunice and Allan and the perfect brother to Greg, Chris and Glenda. Sadly missed by the whole family.

Aged 30 years.

Relatives and friends of JASON were invited to attend his funeral service held (Friday,
December 24, 2004), at St. Paul`s Anglican Church, Mundy Street, Emu Plains, commencing at 9.30 a.m. Following the service the cortege proceeded to Penrith General Cemetery, Cox Avenue, Penrith.
