Relatives and friends are warmly invited to DAVID’S celebration of life this THURSDAY 4.2.2016 at Lake Macquarie Memorial Park Crematorium, Cessnock Road, Ryhope commencing at 11am.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Motor Neurone Disease Association can be left at the chapel.
