Dearly loved husband of TERESA, much loved father and father-in-law of BOZENA and STANISLAW, AREK and RENATA, loving grandfather of LUKASZ and GIOVANNA, AGNIESZKA, JESSICA, MONIKA, ALEKSANDRA, and loved brother, uncle and cousin of the DANIEL, GRACZ and WEGRZYNOWSKI FAMILIES.
The Relatives and Friends of KAZ are warmly invited to attend his Funeral to be held in Sacred Heart Catholic Cathedral, Hamilton this Tuesday 31/5/2011 Funeral Mass for the Repose of His Soul commencing at 10am. A private interment will follow.
