Dearly loved wife of WARREN. Loving mother of SCOTT, JOEL and DONNA. Grandmother of ANNIKA, SIENNA, MIA and KIRALEE.
ADDIE will be sadly missed by all her FAMILY.
ADDIEs Funeral will be held at Manning Valley Gardens, 183 Panpoolah Road, Panpoolah/Taree on FRIDAY 27th July 2012 at 11am.
