The Relatives and Friends of LANCE COLLINS, KALLAM and MATTHEW and the STEWART and COLLINS FAMILIES are invited to attend the Funeral Service for their beloved wife, mother, daughter-in-law, sister, sister-in-law and aunt ANNE (Annie) COLLINS of Georgetown this MONDAY (03/05/2004) afternoon at 1.15 o`clock in the Funeral Chapel, Blackall Street, Broadmeadow.

This Service will be followed by a private cremation.

No flowers by request, in lieu donations may be left at the Service for the Breast Cancer Foundation.
