Family and Friends were invited to attend a Service of Celebration for JAKE`s life held in the Port Stephens Uniting Church, 174 Salamander Way, Salamander Bay on Tuesday 31/05/11 commencing at 10.30am.

Dear Darren, Linda, Courtney and Hayley
There is nothing that anyone can say or do at a time like this. Only that we hope in some small way it can bring you some comfort to know that there are those who truly understand the pain that you are feeling and for you to know that there are those who are sharing your grief more than you know.
We know that when Jake left you a part of you went with him, a part that can never be replaced. To lose someone so precious is agony.
