The Honorable Dr. Virginia CHADWICK AO
Dearly loved wife of BRUCE CHADWICK, loving mother of AMANDA and DAVID and adored grandmother of MIA, JAMES and ELANA.
Sadly VIRGINIA passed away 19th September 2009 in the presence of her family.
Family and Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of VIRGINIA`s life, loves and achievements, commencing at 12pm WEDNESDAY, 30th September 2009 at the Christchurch Cathedral, Church St, Newcastle.
Inter-state and other friends from out of Newcastle are advised that a separate memorial will be held 3pm, 14th October 2009 at Parliament House NSW.
The family requests no flowers. You are invited to make a tax deductible donation to a special Fund called the `Virginia Chadwick Memorial Fund` to be held in trust by WWF-Australia.
All funds received will be directed to activities related to conservation of the Great Barrier Reef in accordance with the wishes of the Chadwick Family. Cheques can be sent to WWF Australia, GPO Box 528, Sydney NSW 2001 OR by phone 1800 032 551.
