Relatives and Friends were warmly invited to attend a Celebration of CHAD`s Life conducted at Lake Macquarie Memorial Park, Palmers Rd, Ryhope on Friday 16th September 2011 commencing 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations to beyondblue may may have been left at Chapel.
