Cherished son of TONY and HELEN CERVENY, adored brother of GEMMA, grandson of MICK and BARBARA BOURKE, CHARLIE (dec`d) and GWEN CERVENY, loved godson of JEN and TREVOR, loved cousin and nephew of the CERVENY and BOURKE FAMILIES.

Family and Friends are invited to attend the Mass of Thanksgiving for JOFF to be celebrated at the Catholic Church of the Immaculate Conception, George Street, Morpeth , Friday 19th March, 2004 at 11am, thence for the Morpeth Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations to Father Riley`s Youth Off The Streets, may be left at the church.
