Dearly loved husband of BARBARA, much loved father, father-in-law, pa and great-pa of ROBYN and BRETT SMALL, REBECCA and PETE, MELISSA and ALESHIA, MARGO and ALLAN DEAN, SHANNON and MITCHELL, GLENDA SIMPSON and DANIEL HUTCHINSON and SHANE, COLEEN and PETER CLEARY, LEIGH, DARREN and CAMERON, beloved brother, brother-in-law and uncle of GRAHAM and JOAN BUTT and FAMILY, LOIS BUTT and FAMILY, TED and BELL BOZIER, DOROTHY and BARRY ALLEY and FAMILY, LORRAINE BARTLETT and FAMILY.

The Relatives and Friends of ERIC are warmly invited to attend his Funeral to be held in the Chapel of Lake Macquarie Memorial Park, Cessnock Rd, Ryhope (Toronto exit off Freeway) FRIDAY (11/06/2004) Service commencing at 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of ERIC may be left at the Service for Dementia Research.
