Loved son and stepson of DAVID and MARGARET BUTLER, GLENDA and JOHN LEVICK. Much loved partner of JODIE. Adored brother and brother-in-law of DAVID and MELISSA, CHRISTINE and PERRY, and sadly missed by all the FAMILIES.

Relatives and Friends are warmly invited to attend a Celebration of ANDREWs Life  held at the Newcastle Memorial Park North Chapel, Anderson Road, Beresfield on THURSDAY 26th July 2012 commencing at 11am. A Private Family Interment followed.
