Was an inspiration to all.
Dearly loved by his soul mate Deborah, his sons Jason, Toby and Edward, sister Avril, brother Michael, Claudia, Amy, Julie and all his grandchildren.
His zest for life and empathy for others we carry with us always.
Our grief is the price we pay for our love.
A Memorial Service is to be held at St. Lukes Anglican Church, corner Ourimbah Road and Heydon Street, Mosman, on Wednesday (May 16, 2012) at 12.30 p.m.
