to be conducted in the Chapel of C.R. Smyth & Son, cnr. Victoria and Hopetoun Sts., Kurri Kurri this WEDNESDAY March 5th, 2008 commencing at 11am.
A private cremation will follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Maitland/Dungog Palliative Care Team may be left at the Chapel.
