Loving mother and mother-in-law of PAUL and BARBARA BIRD, ANNE and GARY HOWARD, HELEN CARROLL, GREG BIRD, JENNY and PETER FAY, LOUISE and JIM SMITH, and JO and PETER THOMAS and cherished nan and great nan to their FAMILIES. Loved sister, sister-in-law and aunt to WALTER (dec`d) and ZENA SIMMS, CEC and DOREEN SIMMS, JOY and NOEL CAMPBELL (both dec`d), BRUCE and CLARE (dec`d) SIMMS, and MONS. PAUL SIMMS, MARGARET and JACK (dec`d) THOMPSON, and KATH and JACK ROBERTS and their FAMILIES, and good friend to many.
Relatives and Friends of RUTH were invited to attend her Funeral held at Christ the King Catholic Church, Wilson Street, Mayfield West, on THURSDAY afternoon (3/11/2011), Funeral Mass commenced at 1.30pm followed by interment at the Sandgate Cemetery.
