Passed away peacefully at Malvern on Saturday July 2, 2011, aged 74 years.
Loved and loving husband of Susan, much loved father of Peter, Kate and Andy, father-in-law of Jacqueline, Justin and Simon, loving and proud grandpa of Max, Emma and Zara.

Superannuation Complaints Tribunal. He co-authored Principles of the Law of Workers Compensation.
