Passed away peacefully on July 8, 2011.
Beloved husband of Beth. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Wes and Viv. Much loved grandad of Lisa, Andrew and great- grandchild Rayna.
Loved brother of Roland (dec), Doreen. Jack will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.
Aged 89 Years.
